I am originally from Northern New Jersey and live in Adanow.

My favorite hobbies are history, downhill skiing, andtravel.

How did you get involved with CLC?

My daughter, Whitney, attended CLC from the ages of 2-7, soI was originally

involved as a parent. You can still find her smiling face onthe CLC website.

What draws you to CLC’s mission?

My affinity for the CLC is rooted in the importance of equipping families to help their children with mobility and other impairments to achieve levels of independence that might otherwise seem unattainable. I have confidence in CLC’s ability to succeed in that mission because of what CLC did for my daughter and my family!

What would you want to share about CLC and its programs that maybe some readers don’t know?

What was most surprising to my family was how CLC drew our entire family in and created friendship with other CLC families, some of which have lasted for more than a decade.

What is your advice to someone who is looking for ways to help CLC and get more involved?

Call and ask how you can help— you’ll never find a friendlier, warmer group of people committed to caring for kids.
